Agreed pick up and drop off times are estimated only and whilst DogDaddies make every effort to arrive at the time given, depending on road conditions and unforeseen circumstances, their might be delays in the agreed pick up or drop off time
 
The client consents to their dog being photographed, videotaped, and/or used in any media or advertising by DogDaddies without prior approval. All such media remain the property of DogDaddies Ltd.
 
The client agrees that DogDaddies is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged leads, collars, tags, clothing or any other item left with their dog.
 
The client is to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your dog not suitable for walking, day care or home boarding; including behavioural or health problems, antisocial behaviour including aggression, incontinence or lack of house training and excessive loud barking or whining. Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render owner’s dog unsuitable for walking, day care or home boarding will give DogDaddies the right to refuse further services.
 
The client is responsible and will ensure that their dog is up-to-date with all their vaccinations, kennel cough vaccination, flea and tick treatments and de-wormer treatments. However, the client accepts that even though their dog is vaccinated against Bordetella (Kennel Cough) there is a chance that their dog can still contract a strain of the Kennel Cough. The Client agrees that they will not hold DogDaddies responsible if their dog contracts Kennel Cough whilst in our care.
 
DogDaddies offer services where dogs co-mingle in groups and the Client accepts that during the course of normal dog play their dog may sustain injuries. All dog play is carefully monitored to avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, or other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.
 
DogDaddies make every effort to contact the client in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide us with a contact number of a trusted third party should we be unable to make contact. However, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon. The client is responsible for payment of any veterinary fees incurred by DogDaddies.
 
The client accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog to 3rd party whilst in DogDaddies care.Whilst being walked, and is financially responsible for any loss or damage to property whilst their dog is boarding. DogDaddies is not held accountable for vet fees or third party claims whilst their dog is in our care.
 
Invoices need to be settled within 14 days of date of issue. Invoices not settled in full within 30 days from the invoice date will be sent to P&J Debt Collection Services. Their fees for collecting the debt, court fees, lawyers fees as well as interest will be added to the total. The interest rate will be 5% of the total outstanding invoice.
 
Any confirmed day care bookings that are cancelled on the day of pick up, will incur the full charge and will be shown on the invoice as "cancellation on the day"
 
Any confirmed boarding bookings cancelled within 14 work days from the start of the boarding will be charged 50% of the full boarding charge.
 
Any confirmed boarding bookings cancelled within 2 working days from the start of the boarding will be charged 100% of the full boarding period
 
All prices are exclusive of VAT, which is currently 20%. Our VAT Registration number is 230 6684 16.
 
DogDaddies Ltd are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and we undertake to comply with the Act in all our dealings with a clients personal data.
 
TRADEMARK NOTICE - DogDaddies is a registered trademark brand. Any person(s) or company found to be using said trademarked name will be in breach of trademark law and infringement proceedings will be issued without warning and all legal costs and compensation will be recovered.
